Historic house recently renovated with luxurious finishes and meticulous decoration just 200 meters from the sand of the Puerto beach.
This urbanization was built in 1924 by the Sierra Menera company, the first founder of Altos Hornos de Sagunto, and constituted the offices, homes and hospital of the first workers and managers of the same.
Today they are part of the historical heritage of the Port of Sagunto and this house has been completely renovated and modernized, with great respect and as a tribute to its important past.
The original stone masonry walls have been discovered to be the protagonists of the decoration. The living room, with a modern and perfectly equipped open kitchen, welcomes us and acts as a distributor for access to its spacious bathroom with shower and screen and the two bedrooms; the main one with a kingsize bed and a huge closet and another with two single beds.
Finally, the location is unbeatable since the beach is only 200 meters away without any building separating the house from the promenade. Likewise, the promenade of the port is also just one step away with all its restaurant and commercial offer.
